Dental Guarantee

Guarantee Periods:

The guarantee covers the following:

All conservative dental and prosthetic work performed by the dentists, dental hygienists or dental technicians in RelaxDent Dental Clinic.

The guarantee does not cover the following:

• Unperformed treatments (E.g.: root canal treatment of tooth with pulpitis following filling or bridge preparation).
• Injuries resulting from improper use.
• Damages resulting from repairs carried out at home or from remodelling attempts.
• If the treatment needs to be restarted because of the patient's repeated absence.
• If a foreign dentist or dental technician (not in contract with the practice) intervenes in the treatment.

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee:

Participation in a free annual dental screening.
Appropriate co-operation of the patient in as much as following the advice of their dentist given for the care of the denture.
